LOGAN—A Logan youth was fined Friday on charges resulting from an automobile accident Oct. 26 on Falls St. in South Logan. Aaron Franklin Norris, 18, was fined $15 and costs by Mayor Francis Myers for reckless opera tion and $25 and costs for giving false information. At the time of the accident, Norris asserted that a 17-year old Logan boy had been driving the car which spun out of control and skidded onto the lawn of the W. W. Martin residence. The youth was cited into juvenile court where he pleaded innocent on a charge of reckless operation because he had not been the driv er. Fined $10 and costs was Will iam E. Fish, 28, of Nelsonville Route 1, who was cited for speed ing on E. Front St.
