Carl McLynn To Open Law OfficeCarl McLynn has announced he will open offices for the general practice of law in Whites-boro around January 15, 1957. McLynn, a native of Grayson County, received his legal education at the University of Texas, and began practice of law at Sherman in 1926 in partnership with his uncle, the late Federal District Judge Randolph Bryant.McLynn was an attorney for i Yount-Lee Oil Co. of Beaumont 1 from 1931 to 1935, and later he was connected with the Gulf Oil Corp. in Austin anti later with the Sun Oil Company at Beaumont and Dallas until he went with the U. S. Engineers as an attorney. McLynn has been en gaged in the private practice of Jaw in Denison for the past nim years.McLynn has announced that h-will live in Whitesboro, and maintain offices at 133 E. Main St., Whitesboro. He will take over the practice of Joe G. Rollins, who will become an as istant attorney-general for the State of Texas after the first of tin year.
