PLEDGES ANNOUNCED BY LOCAL FRATERNITIESAlthough pledging was postponed for a short time, permission for pledging on Thursday night, November 10, 1938, was granted by the Board of Governors. At that time, those men who had been invited to join fraternities went to that fraternity to which they had decided to pledge.
