Judgment for $96,176.52 and fore closure of mortgage liens has been awarded the Bell Oil Gas Com pany against R. Ranne and G. D. Seargeant, partners in the firm of Ranne Seargeant, in 108th Dis trict Civil Court. A jury was waived and the case heard before Judge W. E. Gee. Part of the intervenors’ lien were denied and dismissed when the hear ing started, but the law found with the plaintiff and intervenors Atlas Supply Company, E. C. Windsor, Otto Hart and Whitlock-Smith Sal vage Company. The judgment includes interest and lien foreclosures on the lease- hold estate on lands in Carson County, on a gasoline extraction plant on the lease and all other equipment; foreclosure on casing head gas lien contracts and various judgments on claims in favor of plaintiff and intervenor S. M. Clay ton who got $142.28. N. A. Rubin, receiver, was order ed to sell the properties and re ceived $25,000 for them from S. L. Lubell. Of this amount half went to the Bell Company and part to various intervenors with claims on the Bell Company but left the big part of the Bell's judgment of $96, 176.52 still unsatisfied.
