Advertisement ByTreasurerNotice of the Execution of Tax DeedsOffice of the County Treasurer of Sequoyah County, State of Oklahoma, at Sallisaw, Oklahoma, November 23, 1917. TNotice is hereby given that the property described in the following list, situate and being in Sequoyah County^ State of Oklahoma, was heretofore sold by the undersigned, R. F. Campbell, County Treasurer of Sequoyah County, State of Oklahoma at re-sale for delinquent taxes as advertised in the Sequoyah County Democrat, said advertisement being first published in said newspaper October 12, 1917; the following said list giving the name of the record owner of all said property so sold at said re-sale,_ together with the amount of delinquent taxes due, including penalties and cost of sale; and notice is also hereby given that if the owner of-anylof|said;property so sold at said re-sale appearing in the following list does not within ten days from the date of this advertisement nay tothe County Treasurer of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, all delinquent taxes, penalties'and cost, I,R. F. Campbell, County Treasurer of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, shall execute to the purchaser at such resale, his heirs and assigns, a deed of conveyance which shall vest in the grantee an absolute estate in fee simple in and to such real estate.Dated November 23, 1917, at Sallisaw, Oklahoma.^.R.
