He was unmarried. lie leaves besides his father and mother, four brothers, Thomas,, Will** Jam and George, of Massillon, Joseph, of New York city, and three sister , Kate Mellon, of fcbij city, Mr*. Grace Hammer, of Kent, aud Sarah Mellon, in the Catholic convent at Cleveland. Mr. and Mrs. Melloa and their family are widely known, and have the sympathy of the entire community tn their bereavement.
