tggT'Mias Caroline E. Grover, of Evanston, who was last year a teacher in the Harvard school, painted the memorial book presented by the National Youug Woman’s Temperance Union to Miss Frances Willard on the occasion of her 60th birtb-day. The presentation was made Saturday, Nov. 9th, while the great National W. C. T. U. convention was in session in Chicago. Miss Nellie Kichardson of this village, an esteemed friend of Miss I Grover’s, was present. The design of ornamentation was original with Miss Grover, and its artistic finish was superb.
