Administrator’s Sale.By virtue of a decree from the Superior Court of belt ley county, on a 1*111 in equity filed by S. Montgomery, Administrator of C. II. Varner vs. Thomas F. Balney et al., will be sold free from all incumbrance, before the Court House door In the town of Klla-vllle, county of Schley, on the 1st Tuesday In January, mi, between the hours of 10 a. m. and 4 p. IL, at public outcry to the highest bidder |lt;r cull, the following described land to-wit: One hundred andthirty-three and one-third acres more or less ta one body, being the eastern one-third of lot number 10 in the 3d district of Schley county, and the eastern onc-thlrd of lot number s. in the 30th district of said county.Also at the same time and place, in the same manner and by virtue of the authority of the decree aforesaid, will l*o sold one hundred and thirty-three and one third acres of laud more or less, lying Immediately west of the land above described, and betnc the one-third of lot number 10 in the 3d district, and one-third of lot number 8 In 30th district of Schley county, running north and south through the centre of said two lots.
