New York, Nov. 28. Brig Wirth,of Halifax, sunk at sea 4th inst. ‘Crew took to boat and were fallen in with by brig Express of Halifax, Captain Nickerson asked to be taken aboard but was heartlessly refu ged by Captain Howard. ‘The latter also refused to tow the wrecked Captain and crew, who were in an exhausted condition, in near the shore, which they finally reached. Captain Nickerson and crew arrived at New York today in the brig Lady of the Lake,
