HENRY AGAIN IN TROUBLETanana Newspaper Man Remanded to Custody of MarshalGeorge Ilinton Henry, the Hot Springs and Tanana newspaper man. is again in the toils of the law. Judge F. E. Fuller having dismissed he habeas corpus proceedings which were instituted some time ago by Commissioner Dehn of Tanana. Mr. Henry is charged with criminal libel, the warrant for his arrest having been issued some time ago by Commissioner Coffer at Hot Springs. He is now in the custody of Deputy Marshal J. L. Anders, and will be taken back to Hot Springs for trial. It seems that at the time the warrant was issued Henry was at Tanana. When arrested by the deputy he at once instituted habeas corpus proceedings and was released from custody by Commissioner Dehn, who, in releasing the man, is stated to have taken the powers of a district judge into his own hands, having no authority according to law to release a man who had been arrested on a warrant issued by another commissioner.
