Supt. \V. H. Green, of the Montana Central division of the Great Northern, has received a well merited promotion. On the 20th of November he will assume the position of superintendent of construction of the Great Northern from Assinnaljoine to the coast.Stock Journal: Noah Armstrong was in Helena yesterdayand confirms the re |M)rt that S|K)kano will never start in a race again.
