Joe Wells, 12, Dale Wise, 13, and Donald Wise, 11, were arrested Sunday night by Policeman Bruce Wilcox on charges of — stealing canned fruit from the Sam Wil liams home on Eagle Heights. The boys were placed in the city jail to await a hearing before County Judge L. M. Graham The youths had entered the cellar of the Williams’ home, through an outside door, and were carrying out the fruit when the Williams’ family was attracted to the cellar by the barking of their dog at about 9 o’clock. The two Wise brothers ran from the house, but left young Wells in the cellar. Wells was taken into custody by Policeman Wilcox, and implicated the ot.her two boys, who were picked up by officers in the busi ness section. Date Wise and Joe Wells have Love sat on probation teas, the Boys’ Industrial School at Pine Bluff the past four months.
