Counts, Guardean, ADVERTISEMENT OF SALE Norma Cunts, Ernal Counts, Henry and Myrtle Counts, Lef’ts By virtue of a judgement and order of sale of the Carter Circuit Court, rendered at the January term thereof, 1918; in the above cause, I shall proceed to offer for sale, at the Court House Door in Grayson, Kentucky, to the highest and best bidder, at public auction on Monday, the 9th day of Decem ber, 1918, between the hours of 10 a. m.,and 2 p. m. (it being County Court Day) upon a credit of 6 months, the following de scribed property, to wit: A certain tract or parcel of land ly ing and being in Carter county, Ky., situated and lying in the corporate lim its of the city of Olive Hill, Kentucky, on the Main street and bein the part of the lot of land conveyed to first party by M. D. Jordan and* Arminta Jordan, his wife, by deed bearing date, March 13th, 1906, which is duly recorded in Deed book “Y’ page 347 in the County Court Clerk’s office, and boun ded as follows: Beginning at a notch in the fence or street line, on the north side of Main street, being the southwest corner of a lot belonging to Dr. C. M. Clay or M. D. Jordan, as the Case may be, thence running a north course 46 feet, more or less to a walnut post; thence a west course 59 to a walnut post; thence a south course 5 feet more or less to a walnut post; thence an east course 5 feet to a stake or stone; thence an east course 25 feet to a stake or stone; thence a south course 40 feet to the street line; thence 25 feet east course to the beginning, containing said bou udary. SECOND TRACT.—A certain tract or parcel of land in Carter county, Ky., one house and lot lying in the town of Olive Hill, Carter county, Kentucky, and bounded as follows: beginning at a notch in the fence or street line, on the nrth side of Main street also in the center of J..M. Bucklers lot, then a north course 40 feet to a stake; then a west course 25 feet to a stake in M t. Jordan’s line; thence a southernly course 40 feet to the fence or street line; thence an easterly course 25 feet with the fence or street line to the be ginning, containing one house and lot. This being a lot of peace of land cons eyed to John Easterling by Jr M. Buck ler and Sabina Buckler, his wife, by deed dated March 13, 1906, and re corded in deed book Y page 358, on the records of the immediate deed, the one proceeding, this one, took place March 26, 1916. For the purchase price the purchase: must, execute bond with approved a carieties bearing legal interest from the day of sale until paid and having the effect of a judgement.
