COURT CIRCULAR.. ^-I WINDSOR CASTLE, Tuesday.There was do addition to the It yal dinner party yesterday.| The Queen, accompanied by Princess Alice, Princess Helena, Princess Louisa, and Princess Beatrice, walked in ihe Homo-park this morning, and visited her Royal Highness the Daehess of Kent and the Princess of Leiningen at Frogmore.I His Royal Highness the Prince Consort, attended by Major-General the Hon. C. Grey, and his Equerry in wait-| went to London by a special train of the South-WesternRailway. The Prince drove from the private station in VauxhuJI to the Palace of Westminster, where his Royal Highness arrived at eleven o’clock, and presided at a meet-ingof the Royal Commissioners for the Exhibition of 1851.The other commissioners present were Earl Granville, the Right Hon. W. F. Cowprr, M.P.. the Right Hon. W. E. Gladstone, M.P., the Right Hon. Robert Lowe, M.P., Sir Alexander Spearman. Bart., Sir C. L. East lake. Sir Charles Lyell, Sir Roderick Murchison, Mr. Thomas Baring, M.P., Mr. Bazley, M.P., Mr. G.P. Bidder, Mr. C. H.Dilke, Mr, T. F. Gibson, and Mr. Leonard Horner. Mr, Edgar Bowring, secretary to the royal commission, attended.The meeting broke up at twenty minutes before two o’clock.The Prince Consort returned to Windsor in the afternoon.The Prince of Wales went out hunting, attended by Lieufenant-Colenel Keppel. j Prince Leopold took a carriage drive.I The Duchess of Kent and the Prince and Princess of i Lriningen visited the Queen at tho Castle, and took luncheon.! The Duchess of Atholl has succeeded the Countess of ! Caledon as lady-in-waiting to her Majesty.
