Wynne, Ark., Nov. 16.—A WPA project in cotton road paving has been approved for a_ section Highway One between Wynne ad Vandale. Work will begin within thirty days. Contracts will be let as quickly as possible and construction will start immediately thereafter. It will be the first cotton road in Arkansas. Such roads in North Carolina and Mississippi have been pronounced successful. Between $25,000 and $30,000 will be spent on the 5.5-mile stretch.
