He was apprehended at his home about 11P. m.’’ t The boys are said to have taken *' a car belonging to Don C. D. Moore r f from where it was parked on First avenue. Discovering his loss about 9 p. m.- Mr. Moore notified the sheriff's office and he and Deputy Rapp drove out the Bonners Perryhighway, where they xdet the boys driving the stolen car into Sand-point. Giving chase, the men followed the boys out the Great Northern road and across the tracks. The boys were said to have been gaining slightly on their pursuers at the time they went into the ditch. Both refused to talk other than to say they had taken the car •‘for a ride and were bringing It back/’Moore’s machine was brought into Sandpolnt late in the evening.
