The plot is now be ng surveyed and is to be subdivid ed into residential sites, of whicl there will be approximately 300 The property has a third of a mile frontage on the bay and is otherwise ideally located. Wadsworth, for mer county engineer, who wil start the buiding of streets as sooi as the survey is completed anc the ground cleared.The project will be controlled b. the John J. McGraw Developmen syndicate, which in addition to Mr McGraw consists of several north ern capitalists.
