The enttr# town was deeply saddened Sunday ^morning when it became generally known that Mrs. Lu-ella Tannehill had died the previous night at 11 o’clock. Several weeks ago Mrs. Tannehill underwent a surgical operation, from the effects o$ which she had recovered, but even weeks before the operation those who*d | were intimately acquaintedv with henie I condition greatly feared that she would never be well again. Follow** ing the operation* however, there waa a hope, born of an earnest wish, that she might some day again recover her accustomed strength, and frontv every Christian home in the city, as well as from many in the country. m|earnest prayers have gone up for her || I restoration to health.
