RlCtHTKRN Negroes were killed iu a race war at Keutwood, Louisiana, Monday. A Negro assaulted a white woman, which angered the whites, who lynched the man who comitted the deed. This caused an uprising of the blacks. Both sides armed themselves, and a war ensued, m which eighteen Negroes were killed and several whites wounded..
