Wade, to wit, all that cer tain barn and shed, situate in the village of Youngsville, Warren county, and State of Pa. on the opposite side of the street from the Public House occupied by said Peter 8. Wade as a tavern stand, said barn and shed being adjoing the said street on the south side and a short distance west from the west end of the bridge across the Brokenstraw ¢ ‘reek, said barn being 80 by 34 feet and calculated for a horse barn, and the shed attached to the said barn on the east side being 60 feet in length and 24 feet in width, and the lot or piece of Poe and curtillage appurtenant to said uilding as above described. Barber. —ALSO— Two inlets in the borough of Warren, Warren county Pa., to wit, No. 210, bounded north by No. 211, east by the public square, south by High street and west by lot No. 209, also no. 209 bounded north by no. 211, east by lot No. 210, south by High street, and west by No. 208. On said premises are erected one story and a half double frame house with a kitchen and wood house in the rear, one frame barn and a number of fruit trees, apple etc. Seized and taken as the property of Da rius Titus, at the suit of O. Wade, of in and to all that certain piece or parcel of land at the west end of the Broken straw bridge in Youngsville, Warren county, and State of Pennsylvania, being about 7 acres of land, formerly owned by John McKinney, deceased, late of Brokerstraw township and bequeathed by said McKinney to Susan Mc Kinney, intermarried with Peter S. Wade. On said premises are erected one large tavern house about 59 feet square, with one sitting room, one large bed room, one bar room, one far and hall and a dining room on the ground floor or lower story, a ball room, a hall and sundry bed rooms above, with a kitchen and wood house attached, all well finished and painted white, one frame barn, a well of wa ter and sundry other buildings, with a good garden well fenced, a number of fruit trees, iie. Osborne. —ALSO— By virtue of a writ of Ventitioni Exponas, the following described premises in Broken graw township, Warren county, Penn., being one hundred acres of land sold by J. Hoyt to Simeon and Lyman Brown, known as the Roy lot, and bounded as follows : On lot No. (262) two hundred and sixty two, commencing at the south west corner of the Huffman lot, south to the south west corner one hundred rods, east far enough to include one hundred by a line parallel with the west boundary ; thence north as far as the south boundary ; thence west to the beginning. Likewise all that piece or parcel of land occupied by the Isaid Browns, and bounded as follows : on lot No. 263 commencing fifty rods east of the south west corner of the said lot, running east one hundred and fifty rods ; thence south one hun dred and sixty rods ; thence west one hundred and fifty rods ; thence north one hundred and sixty rods to the place of beginning ; contain ing in both lots two hundred and fifty acres, he the same more or less. J. Lott and L., Wetmore, south-east. by the Union and Sugar Grove turnpike, west by land of Daniel Lott, with about one hundred acres of improvement, and one frame dwelling house twenty by thirty two feet thereon.
