lietolvctl, Thai the Executive appoint-mcnt of Hr. Charles West, as Commissioner of Mintuth County Academy in place of General Francis Hopkins, deceased, be, and the same is hereby confirmed, and that H.Mintosh and Virgil H. Vivion, Esq'rs. beappointed Commissioners of aaid Academy in place of Hr. James Troup and Wm. Dunham resigned. PpThe governors message, and the documents accompanying it, were taken up and referred to the several committees.
