BriefsKOBF-TV held a groundbreaking ceremony Friday morning at Lake an Broadway, the site of its new studios. Hubbard Broadcasting' of New Mexico, the owner .of KOBFf purchased the old KIVA-TV for a reported $2.5 million and has since spent over $1.5 million upgrading the station’s equipment. The Jaynes Corp. will build the new studio ana the project is expected o be completed about March 1.
