Cedar Rapids, Ia., Nov. 19.4). A lifelong friend of James W. Good, secretary of war, who had planned to attend the funeral of the cabinet member, himself lay dead here today. Harry B. Lutz, 68, farmer, living near Louisa, dropped dead of a heart at tack today, a few hours after his friend had died in Washington. Lutz had been in ill health for some time. A few days ago, when it was apparent Secretary Good could not recover, reporters sought Lutz to obtain from him some reminis cences of boyhood days when he liv ed with his family on a farm near Lutz. Lutz told of Good’s pranks while a student in the rural school and lauded Good as an ambitious boy.
