Christmas parcels for overseas should be mailed this month. Joe Price, of the Sally mine, is visiting his family in town. W. P. Miller left by motor for Spokane on Saturday after a week's visit in town. Hugh McGillivray, of Beaver dell, spent the week end with his family in Anaconda. Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Carr and family, of Midway, have taken up residence on Kimberley Ave, I. Skelton, who has been em ployed at Trail for some months, is visiting at his home in town. John Finlay, Jr., of Kimberley, formerly of Greenwood, has taken a position at the Beaver mine, Beaverdell. Alfred Downey was in town on Tuesday on his way home to Grand Forks from installing a radio at Kettle Valley. Geo. Hallett, of the staff of the Bank of Commerce in Fernie, is visiting his mother, Mrs. J. H. Hallett, in town. Mrs. Sid Storer returned to Princeton on Monday morning after a few days visit at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Goodeve. There will be a meeting ‘of the Hockey Club in Taylor Son’s Store next Monday at 8 p.m. All interested in rink matters are requested to attend. J. P. Pood, of Kettle Falls, formerly of Greenwood, is now manager’ of the Grand Forks Meat.
