DEATH RECORDWESTBROOKMiss Leah Westbrook died Saturday evening at 10:80 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mra. Joseph Spearow, with whom she had been living. $he had been ill for two weeks, having had astroke of paralysis. Miss Westbrook was bom at Moravia, Cayuga county,N. Y., and was 72 yean old. With her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Westbrook, she came to' LaGrange county at the age of ten years. The family \ived east of LaGrange, but for many yean Miss Westbrook had been a dressmaker in LaGrange. She also engaged in that work in 'Goshen and Chicago. She was a member of the Methodist cburefa. Surviving are two brothers: Ed Of Excelsior Springs, Mo., and O. A. of Kalamaxoo, Mich., and one sister, Mrs. Phoebe Selby of Kendallville. A niece, Mrs Mate Kern, who has beta here for the past eight weeke earing for her, resides at Glasgow, Mont. Funeral services Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Spearow. home Rev. Roes W. Stoakee officiating. Interment in Greenwood cemetery.
