TO STATE'S PRISON ANDONETTI GOESMONTENEGRIN RECEIVES TWO-YEAR SENTENCE—INJUNCTION ISSUED.At 5 (/clock yesterday afternoon Fillpo Andonetti, found guilty of as- ' sault In the second degree several days ago. tottered into the district court 1 room on the arms «| a deputy sheriff to receive sentence. Judge TTcbster committed the man to the penitentiary at Deer Lodge for a term of two years. Andonetti Is not expected to survive i Ills term of Imprisonment unless his condition Improves rapidly. In one i.r His lungs still remains a bullet from the pistol Of Patrick Callahan, f.-r shouting whom Andonetti is going to do time. Ho Is also threatened- with pneumonia and his physical condition * is very bail. It Is declared Impossible to remove the bullet In the Montenegrin’s lung Still, his principal danger i seeiriH to be front u congestion in the bulletless side of his chest. Andonetti will be taken to prison today.Verdict for Rhoades.
