VesUgHMMl V'Uruuvi i ivrciiuoiiand Sheriff Huston. — Fort Pierre Fairplay.Judge David Moore is telling a good story on himself in connection with the recent campaign. A man who was working for him in one of the precinct* up the line had a friend wiio was a republican but, having done him several good turns, the democratic worker approached him and handed him one of the Judge's cards, Iwaring his picture, along with the cards of two other candidates, and explained that he would like to have him vote for all three. After ex amining the cards the worker noticed that his friend put the other two in his pocket and threw the Judge’s picture away, fie then made the following explanation: ‘T would do most anything for you, John, and I'll vote for these other two, but I can't vote for that man there. I don’t know ' him and never saw him, but he looks to me just like a fellow that would give his mustache a twist sideways, shift his chew of tobac-oo over into the other cheek, and A*y\ Three months in the county f jail and a hundred dollars.” ’ He had evidently been .there.—Fort Pierre Fairplay.
