uxguu JWUD.—Ij. H. Bellufi, of Clinton, Vermillion county, charges Wesley Southard, ofHelt township, with circulating a report that he was a party to the robbing of the' Vermillion county safe, on the night of April 18, 1870, and brings suit against him for libel, claiming $10,000 damages.
