The graziers of the Western counties will save ten or iittpcn miles to the Shrpherdstown Bridge. Tlie committee say that, by using live miles of the Hampshire and Morgan Turnpike, only forty miles of road would have to be constructed, and that could be done at a total cost of $'-*5,000.
