Hnonegan by Ezekiel Mc-n Donald, in Brown's bar-room, Covington, 1 the circumstances of which are as follows: Mr. Hnnofigon and McDonald wero both sitting in the aforesaid room; Mr.IIanno-gan had been in conversation with some gentleman in lire room; no conversation or words whatever passed between Mr. Hannegan and McDonald.
