Drugstore honors Heick for 25 yearsBy EVELYN BROVOLDPress CorrespondentViola Heick is being honored at an open house for 25 years of loyal service to Emil Zueger and New England Drug. The party is at the New England Drug Thursday,Nov. 18, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Everyone is invited.The local Farmer’s Union station is having an open house Friday, Nov. 19. Coffee and pie will be served between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. There will be demonstrationsof appliances, knife sharpening and also a bake sale.St. Mary’s school board meets at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21.Sunday, Nov. 21, there will be only one worship service at Our Redeemers at 10:30 a.m.
