FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR BELLY JOE NECKERFuneral services were held Friday, November 12, at 11:00 a.m. at the Brandt-Kerns Funeral Home, Oelwein, for Billy Joe Necker, 15, of Wadena, who was killed while on Main Street of Arlington, about 9:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 9, by a .22 caiibur handgun which fired accidentally or otherwise when he allegedly removed it from a shoulder holster he was wearing.Billy Joe was a - ninth grade student at the Fayette Junior High School.He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Necker of Wadena, four brothers, two sisters', one half sister, and one half brother.Burial was at Floral Hills Cemetery, Oelwein.
