Holy Cross Mothers Club will hold its Christmas Par ty Déc. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at Le Bar’s Restaurant. Former members of the Mothers’ Club are invited to attend, Mrs. Stephen Jenco will be chairman with Mrs. Felix Burzawa as co-chairman, Gifts will be exchanged, Plans for the holiday party were discussed at the regular meeting of the Moth ers Club held last week in the school hall, Mothers also discussed the upcoming Children’s Christmas ‘party with ‘Mrs. Leo Ceranski as chairman and Mrs. Donald Beno, co-chairman, Mrs. William Mauzer was introduced as a new mem ber. Special prizes were donated by Mrs. Bill Kin caid, Mrs. Anton Russ and Mrs. Jenco. Sr. Octavia’s third grade won the attend ance award. Opening prayer was led by Rev. Thomas Kilroy, Mrs. Carla Fleming, Lock port, demonstrated plastic wares to the members and guests. Refreshments were served after the meeting. The tea table was centered with a wicker basket brim ming with waxen fruits and aided by lighted tapers. Sev enth grade mothers were hostesses with Mrs. Joseph Kolenc as chairman and Mrs. Edward Brenczewski, co chairman.
