Frederick.—Vandals destroyed 30 apple trees a few nights ago In the orchard of Robert J. Ridgely. a school teacher and preacher Using near Myersvllle. The trees were beginning to bear and were chopped ofT close to the ground. While there ia no clue to those who cut down the trees, it la be lieved that tt was the work or persons offended because Mr. Ridgely would not permit hunting on bis property Some months ago vandala nearly destroyed an orchard almost In the same neighborhood.
