No. 25172Order of Hearing Descent of LandState of Minnesota, County of Hennepin. ss In Probate Court.In the Matter of the Estate of M.ary Muskala, Decedent.The Petition of John Muskala having been duly made and filed in this Court, representing among other things that one Mary Muskala who died at Minneapolis, in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on the 10th day of January, 1915, seized of an estate of inheritance in certain lands in the County of Hennepin State of Minnesota, described in said petition, and that said petitioner has an interest in said lands, and that more than five years have elapsed since the death of said Mary Muskala, decedent, and that no will has been probated, and administration has not been granted or had of said estate dn this State, and praying that the descent of said lands and of the interest of said petitioner therein be by this Court determined and saidlands, assigned to such persons as may be entitled thereto by law.It is Ordered, That all persons interested in said estate appear before the said Probate Court, on Monday, the 12th day of December, 1921, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at theProbate Court, in the Court House at Minneapolis, in said County, then and there to show cause, if any there be, why said estate should not be distributed as prayed for in said petition.And it is Further Ordered, Thatnotice of such hearing be given, by publishing this order once in each week for three successive weeks, prior to said day of hearing in the Echo de l'Ouest a newspaper printed and published in said County.Dated at Minneapolis, this 15th day of November, 1921.By the Court:JOHN A.
