Noah Moore Becomes the Owner of Farm Formerly Owned by Fred Wissing and Located in Hanover Township. The Democrat has a question to ask its thousands of readers, but as to a satisfactory solution that is an other thing. The question is: ‘Which is the larger, $152, or one acre of good Shelby county farm land?” One acre of ground, espe cial a tract Hire that found in Shelby county, is regarded as a good possession, but how about the money? The origin of this question came thru a deal made today by which Noah Moore becomes the own er of the eighty-acre farm owned by Fred Wissing, a well known Hanover township farmer. ‘The deal, which has been pending for several days, was consummated today and the new owner will take possession at once. Mr. Wissing has evidently tired of high price land like that found in Shelby county and left this after noon for Henry county, where he hopes to purchase a farm for con siderably less money. The price paid by Mr. Moore is one of the largest ever paid in Shelby county at a pri vate sale.
