Commmnissioners’ Court. The following is a synopsis of the proceedings of the Commissioners’ Court, which closed its regular Novem ber term last Saturday. The Treasurer's quarterly report, showing $1,153.52 in the jury fund; $419.07 in road and bridge fund; $166.91 in general fund; 4 cents in jail fund; $295.97 in court house fund; $875.89 in road and bridge sink ing fund, and $981.20 in jail sinking fund, was approved, and the statu tory oaths of the Judge and Commis sioners attached and recorded with it. The report of Eugene Sibley, financial agent for the county, was approved. It appears by the report that he has turned over all money to County Treasurer. J. L. Dupree, Judge; A. Klein, Clerk, and Frank Polka, Constable, made report of money collected. Er ror of 3 found in Polka’s report, and it was ordered that the same be set tled by next term, M. M. Goodwin, J. P., J. J. Jones, District Clerk, and G. B. Amery, J. P., made report of money collected. J. L. Dupree made report of con victions in county court, and A. Klein of warrants issued and fines imposed. Ragsdale of Hallettsville, and Mise Sallie MccCuelheon of this city, were married this morning in the Bap tist church by Rev. Dr. Lloyd of Hal etteville.
