$2,000 Bond Fixed in Hess and Keller Cases. Russell Keller and Clarence Hess, both of Sandusky, arraigned Friday before U. S. Commissioner Freder ick W. Cflnes in Toledo on a charge of Importation of Intoxica ting liquor, waived preliminary ex amination and were bound over to the federal grand jury. Bond was set at @2,000 each, Hess furnished bond and was released. Keller had not furnished bonds up to a late hour Friday night. The two men, with Harold Can well, also of Bandusky, it is charged brought a boat load of Canadian liquor here Sunday afternoon. Lo cal customs officers found thref cases of Canadian beer and threa of whiskey in a boat house at East End cove a short time after the boat had landed. Caswell appeared on Toledo Tues day and gave himself up. The other two were arrested here Thursday.
