Carman of Salt Lake City. s | Idaho Broadcasting holds a permit for a new station at Boise, Idaho, on Channel 9, but Hurt said the company will surrender that permit if it is authorized to take over KFXD-TV at Nampa.The Nampa station was operated briefly last summer but Hurt said he had been unable to obtain a network affiliation which he considered essential.
