Litigation which began •s in Justice of the Peace Claude Spurlock's court has gone to the State Supreme Court, hack to Magistrate Spurlock and now to ^! Circuit Judge John W. Hereford. A magisterial court jur[•- awarded the cat to Mrs. Bunah White who claims it is her Sooky or Pinky. But Mrs. Ida Pearl Plaster claims it is her Tom ,l and has filed notice of appeal.
