The object of this suit is to procure a divorce a vinculo matrimonii by the com plainant, Sonia Madanick, from the respon dent, Samuel Madanick. The bill recites that the parties were married by a religious ceremony on or about the 6th day of October,1919, in the City of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylva nia, and thereafter lived together as hus band and wife; that there are no children now living as the result of said marriage; that the complainant has been a resident of the City of Baltimore, State of Mary land, for more than two years prior hereto; that although the conduct of the complain ant has always been that of a faithful, chaste and affectionate wife, the respondent in or about the month of October, 1920, in the City of Washington, District of Columbia, abandoned and deserted the complainant and declared his intention to live with her no longer; that the abandon ment and desertion of the complainant by the respondent has continued uninterrupt edly for more than three years prior hereto; that the said abandonment and desertion was the deliberate and final act of the said respondent and there is no reasonable expectation of a reconciliation between the parties; that the respondent is a non-resident of the State of Mary land, and at this time is a resident of the State of Pennsylvania. The object of this bill is to ‘procure a divorce agiiculo matrimonii by the com plainant, Mary B. Hebb, from the defen dant, JosephS. Hebb. The bill states that the parties were mar ried on April 24, 1907, and that there was one child born of the marriage. That the parties lived together until January 22, 1915, when the defendant, without just cause or reason, deliberately abandoned and deserted the complainant with the in tent to bring their marital relations to an end, and said abandonment and desertion has continued uninterruptedly for more than three years immediately prior to the institution of this suit and there is no hope or expectation of a reconciliation. That the defendant is a non-resident of the State of Maryland and his address is unknown to your petitioner. ORDER OF PUBLICATION. The object of this suito is to procure a divorce a vinculo matrimonii by the com plainant, Thomas Loundis Black, from the respondent, Mae Black. The bill states that the parties were married on or about the 28th day of February, 1918, by a duly ordained min ister of the gospel; that no children have been born to them from said marriage; that although the conduct of the com plainant toward his wife, the said Mae Black, has always, been kind, affectionate and above reproach, she, the said Mae Black, has, without just cause ‘or reason, abandoned and deserted the complainant, the said Thomas Lound is Black, and by her conduct has manifested her intention to live with him no longer, and that there is no hope or expectation of reconcilia tion; that the said abandonment has con tinued uninterruptedly for the last three years prior to the filing of this bill of complaint; that your complainant has been a resident of the State of Maryland for the two years last 1st; that the re spondent is a non-resident of the State of Maryland, and when last heard of was a resident of the City of Orangeberg, in the State of South Carolina. It is therefore ordered by the Circuit Court of Baltimore City,this 25th day of October, 1926, that the complainant, by causing a copy of this order to be in serted in some daily newspaper, published in Baltimore City, once in each of four consecutive weeks, before the 26th day of November, 1926, giving notice to the ab sent Mae Black of the object and the substance of this bill and warning her to be in this Court, in person or by so licitor, on or before the 13th day of De cember, 1926, to show cause, if any she may have, why a decree ought not to be passed as prayed. 026,n2,9,16 ELI FRANK, True Copy—tTest: CHAS, R.
