ORDER OF PUBLICATION. The object of this suito is to procure a divorce a vinculo matrimonii by the com plainant, Thomas Loundis Black, from the respondent, Mae Black. The bill states that the parties were married on or about the 28th day of February, 1918, by a duly ordained min ister of the gospel; that no children have been born to them from said marriage; that although the conduct of the com plainant toward his wife, the said Mae Black, has always, been kind, affectionate and above reproach, she, the said Mae Black, has, without just cause ‘or reason, abandoned and deserted the complainant, the said Thomas Lound is Black, and by her conduct has manifested her intention to live with him no longer, and that there is no hope or expectation of reconcilia tion; that the said abandonment has con tinued uninterruptedly for the last three years prior to the filing of this bill of complaint; that your complainant has been a resident of the State of Maryland for the two years last 1st; that the re spondent is a non-resident of the State of Maryland, and when last heard of was a resident of the City of Orangeberg, in the State of South Carolina. It is therefore ordered by the Circuit Court of Baltimore City,this 25th day of October, 1926, that the complainant, by causing a copy of this order to be in serted in some daily newspaper, published in Baltimore City, once in each of four consecutive weeks, before the 26th day of November, 1926, giving notice to the ab sent Mae Black of the object and the substance of this bill and warning her to be in this Court, in person or by so licitor, on or before the 13th day of De cember, 1926, to show cause, if any she may have, why a decree ought not to be passed as prayed. 026,n2,9,16 ELI FRANK, True Copy—tTest: CHAS, R.
