Sheriff’s Sale._ By virtue of sundry writs of fieri facias, issued out of Anne Arundelcounty court, and to me directed, against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements, of James Nicholson, at suit of lohn Beard. William O'Harause of James Shaw, and John Beard and Susnnnah Nicholson,-1 have seiz*pH and taken in execution, all that tractof land whereon the said James Nicholson now resides, called Hickory Hills and Indian Range, containing 141 acres of land, more or less, also one Negro Man by the nsme of Tom. and one Girl named Priss, and onWednesday the 22d day of Nov. inst. at the court house in the city of An* napelis, I shall proceed to sell the said property to the highest bidder, for cash, to satisfy the debt due a* a * foresaid Sale to commence at eleveno'clock.
