Concert set BRUNA Two Monroe area residents, Helen Patton, contralto, and Marion Gray, organist and ac companist, will conduct a concert, “Handel to Hammerstein,’” at 4 Nov. 26 in Calvary Methodist Church, 1885 University Ave, the Bronx. The concert “will be for the benefit of the building fund of Tremont Methodist Church of Washington Avenue, which burned in February. MANROE Donald $. Collins, narcotics consultant to Queens District Attorney Thomas Mackell, will address the regular meeting of the Monroe Democratic Chit at 8.30 tonisde at the Bowl- O-Fun, Monroe. Collins, who has served as Mackell's narcotics consultant for 12 years, and for 22 years prior to that was a member of the New York City police force, will speak on drug addiction.
