SERVICES HELD THURSDAY FOR MARGARET Y. BAYLESSFuneral services for Mrs. Margaret Yeakel Bayless, a resident of -Peoria Heights for 28 years, who died Monday, November 11at St. Francis hospital were held at 11 a. m. Thursday, November 14 at the Cumerford-Endsley Memorial home. Further rites were held at 2 p. m. at the Waynesville Methodist, of which Mrs Bayless was a member. The Rev. Roscoe M. Burgess offici-, ate£ and burial was in Waynesville cemetery.Born in DeWitt county, September 21, 1870, she was the daughter of George and Elizabeth * Spencer. She married-1 Thomas Yeakel at Clinton, 111. He ded in 1927 and some years I after his death she married Mr. B§yless. Mrs. Bayless moved to this vicinity in 1918.Surviving are nine grandchildren: Glen, Eugene, Maxine, Mary, Dale, Robert and William Shaffer, all of 201 West Rouse avehue; Mrs. Helen Baktr of Peoria and Mrs. Geraldine Kien-o£ Michigan, and three greatgrandchildren.
