Amity,—Wm. Stephens, of Amity, and father of Rev. Albert Stephens, Methodist minister at Ridgebury, died on Thursday, the 11th, of hemorrhage of the lungs, at the age of sixty years.Hlate Hill.—The revival meetings at Slate Hill under the charge of Rev. Albert Stephens, Methodist minister, will continue next week. Seyeral conversions have resulted from the meetings, and there is a wide spread interest throughout the whole community.-w-v m m « *« « _ V •
