The Petition of the undersigned, resident FREE HOLDERS and HOUSEHOLDERS of the Said County, paying Rates upon Property, SHEWETH . *PRAY your Petitioners are creatrous that the jail county should be Incorporated under the provi sions of the Act of the General Assembly relating to the establishment of Municipal Authorities in this Province.
