ANTHONY BANDSTRAAnthony “Andy” Bandstra, a • 41*year resident of Lansing, formerly I of Chicago’s Roseland neighborhood , and a former school board member ■ at Lansing Christian School and Illi-ana Christian High School, Lansing, f died Monday, Nov. 11, at St. Francis ; Hospital and Health Center, Blue Is-: land.Services will be at 11 a.m. today , at Oak Glen Christian Reformed Church, Lansing, with the Rev. Arthur Verburg officiating Interment t will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lan-i sing.Mr. Bandstra was born Oct. 31, - 1916. in Chicago. He was self-employed in the sales and service industry.He is survived by his wife, Nellie (nee Persenaire); two daughters, Karen Krygsheld of Lynwood and Christine Kloostra of Grand Rapids, Mich.; three sons, Anthony “Tom” of Livingston, Mont., Theodore “Ted” of Dyer, Ind. and Kenneth of Grand Rapids; a sister, Carol Haan of Lansing; a brother, William of Hudson, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; and five greatgrandchildrenMemorials may be made to foundations of either Lansing Christian School or Illiana Christian High School.
