To Be Developed in the Vicinity of Huguenot. Charac J. Van Liwegen and D. W. Bogart, of Huguenot, Thomas J. Carty, of Port Jervis, and George W. Douglas, of East Orange, N. J., have purchased 720 acres to the west of the Huguenot Springs House proprty on the west, including Sand Lake, and propose to convert it into a park for summer horis for city people.
