DEDICATION OF THE NEW AVON DALE BUILDING TODAY. Prof. Booker T. Washington Will Deliver the Dedicatory Address of the Gift of the Emerga. This afternoon, at 2 o’clock, the dedica tion of the new Colored Orphan Asylum, on Beech street, Avondale, will take place. The building which is to be dedicated is the gift of Thomas J. and J. J. Emery, in memory’ of their father, the late Thomas Emery, ‘who was a lifelong friend ands benefactor of the colored people. Mr. Thomas J. Emery will present ‘the keys, which will be received by Ford Stith, Esq., in behalf of the trustees. The dedicatory address will be delivered by Prof. Booker ,T., Washington. The full program: a J.
