Dr. Vance of Vera Cruz, has filed a suit for slander against Isaac Warner, asking $10,000 judgment. lloih are prominent citizens near Vera Cruz, and this suit is the sensation of the season. The plaintiff alleges that Warner has persistently slandered him since July 3 up to the present time, alleging that the deaths of certain patients were caused by pro fessional ignorance and negligence.
